Experience and Qualifications

Susanna is a legally qualified disputes professional with over 25 years' experience. Prior to joining Toremis, she spent 11 years with a global litigation funder where in the role of Head of Investments (APAC) she was responsible for the investment activities of that funder in the APAC region and sat on the investment committees to approve disputes investments in APAC and EMEA. Susanna has originated and underwritten a large number of complex litigation risks across a variety of claim types and jurisdictions and has a rigorous and commercial approach to devising bespoke legal risk solutions. Prior to her move into the litigation finance industry Susanna was a litigation specialist with Norton Rose Fulbright where her practice canvassed corporate and financial institutions disputes and class actions. Susanna was ranked Band 1 by Chambers and Partners for litigation funding for the years 2020 to 2026.
