Live on Tax and EEA Operational

Thrilled to be welcoming Will Gay to Toremis as Senior Partner to lead on Tax (web bio and photo to follow shortly). Will joins us from Mosaic Insurance, where he served as Head of International Tax – Transactional Liability. With Will joining, we are now live across all three initial product offerings – namely ATE, Contingent and Tax, with leading underwriters in the market for each line of business.

Will follows Alexandra Plutshack, Senior Underwriter, in ATE and Contingent, previously Morrison & Foerster, San Francisco, and Ben Studdert, Analyst, previously at a leading litigation funder, who joined us in May and June respectively.

In other news, we have received regulatory approval from the IHK in Germany to write EEA business. This follows FCA approval of our UK MGA as an Appointed Representative of Pro MGA Solutions Ltd last year.

Our capacity continues to grow with our binders now live for EEA business.
